Told me what he was going to do and then did it came down from the roof and showed me the damages of my roof and told me the hows to fix it and what the insurance would do as well. I call the insurance company then and told them what was wrong I started the claim right then and there. Didn’t do the attic because of the covid19 my choice. Salesman (Fred) and Project Manager (Alex) were both very honest and professional. They were easy to work with and promptly answered any questions I had. The installation crews (I had gutters and roof replaced) were efficient and thorough in doing the work. A couple of minor issues popped up during the project, but they were resolved quickly in a very professional manner. Overall quality of the work was excellent, and it was clear the company takes pride in and stands behind their work. I feel positively about the quality, appearance, and durability of the new roofing and gutter system. Thanks!
