Adam came to my door and introduced himself in a very professional manner. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a price to do the job. We reviewed the scope of the job, I signed the contract and gave him a deposit. I would guess the entire process took about 45 minutes. He explained the next steps and gave me the assurance this would be a great project. I'm really looking forward to starting this. I've been wanting to install a new roof on my house since I bought it and I'm glad to do business with Integrity. To give an example of how important customer satisfaction can be, I called you folks on the recommendation of my boss, Scott Cooper. You did his roof earlier this summer and he was very pleased. Integrity is an excellent company and has a very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant work force. The workers that came to my house were excellent. The staff at the office headquarters were very helpful, patient, pleasant and responsive. Their goal was to get the job done right.
